Be yourself! Looks are good, but far more important is to have a good personality. Most guys would rather have an average looking girl who is a lot of fun to be around and doesn't mind being herself, rather than spend time with the most beautiful and boring, or worse yet irritating, woman around.

Just be yourself. You do not want to change anything about yourself to get someone else to like you. Also, remember to have self-confidence. Boys notice when you are confident about yourself and are more likely to approach a girl who demonstrates self-confidence. If someone specific comes to mind, just talk to the person and go from there.
