Will depend on year/model. On manuals it is possible the window has gotten off rack. Could be the motor in the window. Lots of different possibilities

Remove the door panel off of the affected door. The window motor should be under the panel. Simply replace the window motor and the problem should be fixed.

First make sure that you didn't accidentally lock the windows. Since no windows will go up you will need to determine is if it is the fuse or the switch. Figure out witch it is and replace it.

It is probably an electrical problem, so you will want to check the wiring in your vehicle. Disconnect the battery before doing this work.

First make sure the car runs and has power. Then check the fuses. If all fuses are fine, then take apart the panels on the door until you get to the actuator. This part may be burned out and need to be changed.

Pick up a window motor at a junkyard. Figure out how to get in to the door and how to take off the broken motor and replace it.
