Depending on what type of engine you are getting, you must make sure that the engine is compatible with the car. After that you will need to purchase an engine lift, since many engines way over 100 pounds. The next things you will need are specific tools that you will use to built the engine.

More information is needed regarding the model and year of the Honda. Check online using "Honda engine swap guide". Guides list model, year, wiring and installation information to swap engines.

locating and marking all wire connections hoses and lines would be a good first step. Then locate the motor mounts, as these will be the only thing that actually holds the engine in. Go slow and pay attention to where things connect.

Engine swap require a lot of work. I can't begin to describe how to do one in this little amount of space. Do research online and check fors on what people have swapped into similar cars as your to get an idea what is invoked as well as what it is going to cost you.
