First you need to get all of your supplies including the jars and pots. Then you boil your peppers and cook them with the olive oil. After that you put them in the jar and seal it.

Clean, sanitize, clean, and sanitize again. Since you cant reboil your canning jars after filling because it will cause the oil to spoil. your best bet is to keep things hospital like clean during preparation, and then store in an environmentaly stable place.

Sterilize all equipment for canning, mason jars work best. Start by washing and drying peppers and fill jar with hot peppers and pour olive oil over to cover. To infuse the olive oil with the hot peppers, fill jar 1/4 of the way and fill jar with olive oil. Seal and store in cool dry place.
