Depending on the alterations you want to make, you can make a blouse fit better by putting on inside out and pinning the sides to fit. Take off shirt and sew along pin lines. Cut of excess fabric after sewing and your blouse will fit more snug.

You could take it to a seamtress in your town or city and explain to them what youd like to do to the blouse. If you prefer to do it yourself you could get a seam ripper and a sewing machine and attempt the alteration yourself

You'll want to take it to a tailor if you've never done any alterations/sewing before. But with trends these days you could easily get away without paying for alterations. Pairing a blouse with a belt or sash at the smallest part of the waist is flattering for virtually every figure.

One way to alter a blouse is to make the darts smaller, if it does not already have darts, you can add them and it will make the blouse smaller.

I usually take mine to my womens clothing specialist store. They will measure you then keep the measurements on file, after that its a drop off and pick up deal.

A blouse altering is possible by first opening the stitches of the stitched blouse. After that, go in for the restitching as per the requirements of the size at present.
