How difficult would it be to build a screened deck with a roof and railings?

Assuming that you are familiar with carpentry and other related skills, and have access to all the necessary tools, it would not be that difficult to build a basic screened in deck. You may want to ask the opinion of someone who has done this before to better understand what you are undertaking. As deck size increases difficulty will increase.

There is nothing easy aout this large of a project. If you are experienced and skilled at carpenter trades, it is possible that you can tackle this, but the average guy who strugglesto change washers in the kitchen faucet would never be able to handle this. There are kits and books that make this easier, and using one is recommended.

This is a fairly advance project that would require alot of time, money and skills. Since you want a roof its basically like building an extra room. You will need to know how to roof, how build the deck, and how make sure it all safe witch depending upon how high it is might not be easy.

It is not that hard as long as you draw your design out. You can do it really easy and make it look good. You can even install a light in it that is hooked up to the inside of the house and it would also go really good with it.

It would be rather difficult to build a screened deck with a roof and railings. This would be alot of work and would cost alot of money. It would probably be best to hire a professional instead of DIY job.

It is quite easy to make. I watched the show Take home a Handyman and saw how easy it is to work through especially if you have the tools, electric tools to do it.
