Jack Cafferty's wife was named Carol Cafferty. She died recently from what has been reported to have been "unknown causes".

Carol Cafferty died unexpectedly on September 5, 2008. The cause of death has not been released. Carol was 60 years old. Most likely her cause of death was due to a heart attack. They had been married for 35 years and lived in NYC.
