Brushing and flossing paying special attention to the gum area. Also using a very soft tooth brush, a hard tooth brush will continue to wear away gum.

Use soft brush, brush with minimum pressure, see dentist, have diet and medecines as prescribed by dentist, increase furit diet like apple, carrot.
