You should take your rabbit to a vet to get the cut stitched up (if required) If it is a shallow cut you could wash it a few times everyday to keep it clean, but it still could get infected so going to a vet would be better.

Wash the wound throughly, then let the rabbit be. Unless it is sever enough to have to take it to a vet, in which case it'll probably get bandaged and have a elizabethan collar put on it so the rabbit will not be able to chew on the bandages and infect the wound

It is very important to take your rabbit to a professional vet immediately. Untreated cuts and injuries can result in very dangerous infections. This is a rabbit who cannot speak for himself, so he may be in extreme pain from the injury and you wouldn't know it. In the meantime, wash the injury in cold water.

If it is not to large of a wound, cleanse the wound with diluted alcohol. Make sure it does not inflame in the next few days.

Clean out the wound with some hydrogen peroxide then wrap it up with some bandages. Make sure that he doesn't pick at the bandage and make sure to change the bandage every day.

Monitor the cut and flush with betadine to avoid infection. If the cut is serious, or becomes infected, take your pet to an exotics vet (who specialises in rodents, etc).

Your bunny need an attention on the cut immediately but it can be healed at home if he is not so injured. Wash the cut portion using warm water and soap. Apply an antibiotic ointments such as bandage and neosporin. change the bandage if it seems wet, air the wounded area.
