How can I stop kids from throwing side arm?

I need to teach the kids on my son's little league team the right way to throw, but I can't figure out how to do it.

tell them that there elbow should always be above their shoulder when they throw and that if they continue to throw from the side and drop there elbow below their shoulder they will have arm trouble in their future.

You should teach them the correct way to throw a baseball by first showing them. You can demonstrate the correct method and ask them to copy you. Once you see how they throw the ball, you can see their mistakes and correct them on the spot so they can remember the next time.

Find the kid's natural arm slot. he need to throw balls from outfield really hard and watch his arm slot, it will the same slot when he pitches/throws.
