Perhaps you could try a hair dryer as this happens in the human ear and drying gently with a hair dryer works really well.

You should replace your headlight. There isn't a good way to remove the condensation. And since there is condensation already in the headlight, it isn't sealed anymore and will show up again even if you remove it.

Replace the entire light. Or replace the seal around the light. Check for any cracks no matter how small. Disassemble the light, dry it out, and reseal. Also make sure water isn't getting into the light itself. It could corrode or cause premature light failure.

There is not much you can do unless you pull it apart. If it is completly sealed and can be opened you should buy new ones and search for cracks or leaks to prevent condensation

visit a professional mechanic center for the service because it is not advisable to do so when one is not qualified.Headlight technology may be sophisticated and for that reason it requires experience and knowledge for one to venture into the complicated activity of servicing and repair of those beam headlights

To remove condensation from a sealed beam headlight can be done by drilling a small hole on the light. However since their is condensation already it means that the headlight is no longer sealed and that you should purchase a replacement..
