Try using a fork or knife to squeeze through and open the disk. If that doesn't work try unscrewing the tray from the xbox. You can do this by using mini screw drivers.

There isn't any manuel disk eject button on an XBOX 360 that I know of. You can take it apart and take apart the drive to retrieve the disk.

Simply press the disc eject button the front of your Xbox 360. If does not work this , gently tap your 360 on it's side to open the tray.

Well try opening the disk tray with a fork or a knife or unscrew the disk tray. If you unscrew the disk tray there is less damage done to your cd.

If the 360 is broken completely you could pry it out. Of course if it isnt broken i wouldnt recommend this. Or take it back to the shop.

The disk tray will open with a little bit of force from the outside. If it's in all the way consider reading these official instructions /kb/906935 from Microsoft Support.

Remove faceplate from the console. Use a paper clip in the hole on the far left, move the teeth on the right of the gears to force the tray open.
