How can I fix a root problem with my palm tree?

first you cut the palm tree roots shortly, then dig the soil with necessary depth to erect the palm tree and around the root you can put the sand, red soil and manure. then close the diged area with soil

That all depends on what the problem is if it is root bound all you need to do to fix it is transplant it inot a bigger container where the roots can stretch out.

Palm trees can last a long time with little care. Good healthy soil is important for your root system. Some roots can grown out 20 feet from the tree. They thrive in sandy soil so be sure to fertilize. Water twice a month using slow drip water over a period of time.
