As long as no one in your family is deathly allergic to any of these items, you serve whatever you want at your wedding. These items do not sound overly odd or disgusting, so most guests will be okay with it. Serve what makes you happy.

For your wedding you should be able to serve what ever you like. These items are more classic dinner item for a formal setting anyway, so your choices are good.

Absolutely! It is your wedding. You should have whatever food there that you and your spouse like. After all it is your celebration.
