Drunk people do what they want to do, but when they are sober do they not have the guts?

He was on my class years ago. We talked recently through a blog. We met at a festival, and he was a little drunk with his friends. We danced and when we were saying goodbye, I was going to kiss him on the cheek. He turned his face and kissed my lips.

People just use being drunk as an excuse to do things they other wise would not, because they can claim that they were not of their right mind. This is really just a BS lie that they tell not only other people but themselves as well.

One of the ways alcohol can effect an individual is through loss of inhibitions and impulse control. The prefrontal cortex is specifically responsible for normal control of impulses. People who consume alcohol can show impulsive behavior similar to individuals with frontal lobe damage, the region containing the prefrontal cortex.
