Does the Mr Beer Home Brewery produce good beer?

That's entirely up to you. The Mr. Beer Home Brewery kit allows you to make many different tasting beers. If you follow the directions precisely and pick a recipe that you know you will like then you should be satisfied with the results.

I have made three batches of beer using the Mr Beer Home Brewery system. The first time, it was ok. The second time was horrible. The third time was ok. I have yet to make a really great beer, but I will be giving it another shot shortly. If I can find the right formula I can forsee greatness.

It's just like any other kit except you make 2 1/2 gallons of beer instead of 5 gallons like the other kits. If you don't like the beer you make, it's you not the kit! Do some reading about brewing it'll help you to make great beer!
