The Amish community does run their own facilities where you can buy their wares and products. I would highly recommend some of their cheese curd or even just the regular cheese!

Many individuals in the Amish community run stores - very often bakeries and furniture stores. Shipshewana, Indiana seems to have many Amish run stores, and more information can be found on their website.

While I'm not greatly familiar with the Indiana Amish community (beyond watching "The Devil's Playground," but in Ohio, Amish country is huge business. The Amish sell some of the best crafts, cheeses especially, and have hundreds of furniture stores and restaraunts. There is nothing in their beliefs that limit this activity, as long as it's performed pridelessly.

There are many Amish run furniture manufacturers and furniture sellers. There are individual Amish who run bakeries and cheese factories. There are a few Amish and Mennonites who run dented can / salvaged good stores.
