Since Klonopin is a kind of benzodiazepine, it will appear in urine if testing for benzodiazepines. However, many lab tests can clearly determine whether the substance present is an illegal substance or a prescription medication. Many drug tests, however, will not test for these kinds of substances. In this case, Klonopin will not show up.

Klonopin is a benzodiazepine which is very much tested for in urine screens and one they ALWAYS look for. Of course, if this is prescribed you have no worries.
