Green tea itself is more of a purifier than a blocker, since it is filled with antioxidants. But if you buy it as a cup of tea from a tea shop, they may put cream or thickeners in it to make it more tasty, which can cause digestion problems. Ask for plain green tea, no milk. It still tastes good.

Green tea is normally a natural relief for constipation. If you are drinking more than 3 servings a day, it can have the opposite effect so replace a few cups with plain old water and maybe a fiber supplement.

Drinking Green Tea will make your bowels loose. Be near a toilet if you intend to consume large amounts of this drink because it is an antioxidant and will remove any and all toxins out of your body through this means. The cleansing is good for you though.

No green tea does not cause constipation. Actually it should help alleviate it. Hot liquids such as tea or hot water with lemon are good if you are constipated. You might not be getting enough fiber. Try drinking more water and eating more fresh fruits, veggies and whole grains in your diet.

No, it shouldn't cause this problem for any reason; try drinking more water, though, and taking in more fiber than usual.
