Using the internet is completely legitimate, but make sure you talk to the breeders before buying. It is the new way to advertise. However, pure breds are not usually free.

Definitely not. Free puppies were probably an accident, and probably haven't even been to the vet. Free adult dogs are usually there because owners lose their home and are more likely to be healthy. Even better, save up $200 (VERY inexpensive for a dog) and adopt from a rescue.

Well, to be completely honest there is no way of telling whether the puppies are healthy or not. You could try to contact the owner to get reassured.

It's possible. Find out all you can about the dogs and their background. Maybe for some reason the owner would rather give them away than try to sell. If a puppy has already been given away , maybe you could check with the new owner. Of course you could always have the puppy checked by a vet.

not really ,maybe sometimes the thing about the internet is that few of the advertisements are true while others are not,so it is very difficult actually .
