You do not need a visa to simply visit Cameroon, you simply need a valid passport. If you were planning on staying there for quite some time for work or an extended vacation you would need a visa. The process for obtaining a visa varies dependant upon the purpose, i.e. whether it be for work or leisure.

American, British and EU residence need to have both a valid Visa and passport to stay in Cameroon for more than 24 hours. It costs 59 pounds and is valid for three months. It takes at least two days to process.
