Do you need a notarized statement of no probate?

My grandfather died without a will and I need to get the probate notarized.

Well, unfortunately the answer is not a simple one. It all depends on the state in which your grandfather resided at his time of death. Laws vary from state to state, so my suggestion would be either to: A. Retain legal counsel, or B. Look into the laws for the applicable state.

This depends on where you live, but doesn't need to be complicated, it's not an unusual circumstance. You need to consult your clerk of courts, they can best guide you.

Almost all documents that are legal need to be notarized, and a will especially. For practical purposes as well as legal ones.

His estate will be probated. The court will appoint an executor to make sure debts are resolved by the assets before the residue is assigned to heirs.

if you dont have will ,then no probate notarized,if there is will then only the property should be divided, moreover if you have any brothers and sisters then you need to worry if not you will be the sole owner for the entire property.
