No, you do not have to get divorced in the same county that you reside in. For instance if a man and woman are seperated and one lives in another state, which would be the county for the divorce - the county the man lives in or the county the woman lives in.

No, you don't. Remember years ago, getting divorced in Reno was th big thing to do? Not all those people lived in that county. Women came from all different counties and states. They had to do was live in Reno for (I think) six weeks. No husbands with them.

Randomly each county can have different rules for the separation of married people from all perspective that should be considered: material aspects, child separation or further obligations. As a conclusion you can get divorced in a country different than the one you reside in in case you find positive criteria to do this.

No. You can get a divorce in any county. If a battle of counties becomes an issue the county that will likely control is where the marital residence is and or where the children reside.
