Do you have problems when you speak with someone whose mother language is English?

For example: Indian, Liberian, Ghanaian. They also from English speaking countries. Do you think it's the accent or words make it difficult for you to understand?

It is sometimes difficult to understand English from a person who has learned English as a second or third language. In very short order, our ears become accustomed to the accents and understanding is easier.
