There are badminton leagues and organisations all over the world! One can find badminton clubs, training/coaching, and tournaments virtually anywhere. Competition is stiff, but if you prove yourself and are dedicated to the sport, you could even become an Olympic player. Whatever your skill level, badminton is a fun, energetic game and is good exercise.

There are no professional badminton tournaments, but there are a number of clubs that are dedicated to badminton, which holds games and tournaments. If you get really good, there is always Olympic qualifying as well.

I'm pretty sure they have badminton tourmanents. Maybe the tournaments are in cities where it is popular. For example, In India, badminton is well known so the people in India probably have tourmanents there. Maybe at birthday parties, weddings, they have tournaments. Who knows? If I could go to India, I would go to a badminton contest.
