No. Cats need meat as a food source. Slugs are just a lot of slime. You should not have a cat eat slugs for food.

no slugs do not make good cat food, although cats may eat them. In most cases, slugs are not dangerous but they do sometimes carry parasites

It will not harm a cat to eat slugs unless the slug as been poisoned. Cats eat all kinds of bugs and worms and such in the wild all the time. So if your cat is an outdoor/indoor cat there is no way to stop it from eating slugs or any other bugs and worms.
