Some states allow parents to take tax money that would be spent on their child (a voucher) in a public school and spend it at a private school. Also, private schools can receive state funding to address special needs such as special education, poverty, health needs, etc.

A private school get very minimal state funding, however they do receive some federal funding depending on the type of private school it is and where it is located. Usually high test scores help with getting federal funding. The amount of funding varies on all of these factors.

Most private schools get no state funding unless the state has special funding programs for the private schools. There are some federal funds that go to private schools but usually they are very small and do not lower tuition.

Yes, but depends on the performance of the school result and the location of the school. Mostly it would be a huge money if located at village.
