Do my first amendment rights apply in an internet forum?

1st amendment rights do not apply to visitors of privately owned websites. The site owner can remove/ban/keep whatever they deem so. However their actions can also be an indicator of whether or not you'd like to do business with such and entity.

First amendment rights hardly apply anywhere anymore. Due to the Patriot Act a person can no longer say anything "anti-American" or threatening.

The first amendentment protects you from the government. The owner of a forum can ban you if you say things on the forum that they don't want there.
