Do brothers with different mothers have the same DNA?

The only siblings that share the same exact DNA is same sexed identical twins.

Brothers with the same mother and father do not even have the same DNA, otherwise every brother and sister in the world would look identical to each other. At most, brothers who share the same father but have a different mother would only share half of their DNA, the father's.

If they are half-brothers and half the same father, they would share half of their DNA that came from the fathers side. The DNA from the mothers side would not be a match, unless the mothers are closely related.

No two people, not even siblings, have the exact same DNA. Their DNA will be somewhat similar, but it will be different.
