Yes, every newer (made after 2005) cell phone does have GPS capability. However, with some phones the owner is not able to access the GPS information, because the gps information is for emergency purposes. It is set up so that if a person dials 911, their cell phone location can be traced.

NO all phones do not come with GPS. Some phones you actually have to get it put on your phone. Unless when you buy the phone it already has GPS on it.
