Yes, since nerves are all connected, it's quite possible that a pinched nerve in your back or neck would cause you to tense up and the pain could show up in other ways, such as a headache. Visit a pain management center for the latest on pain blockers or other treatments that can ease your pain.

It is possible but unlikely. The headache is usually caused by swelling of the brain, enlargement of brain vessels, or other causes inside the skull. As you probably know the nerves are located outside the skull. You might confuse muscle, vertebral pain with headache. Go to a neurologist to clarify.

It is always possible, but since I am not a doctor I can't tell you for sure. I think the best thing to do is to make an appointment to see your doctor, because it could be something much more serious. Your doctor will be able to tell you more than I will.

Not as far as I know. There really aren't any nerves in your brain, so it is likely something other than a pinched nerve.

I guess a pinched nerve in your neck could cause headache pain on one side of your head. It could build up pressure and make lots of tension on just one side. Also stress could make your nerves tense up and it could affect one side more than the other one. Go and get checked by your family doctor.

Pinched nerve may be the cause for headache on the right side due to pressure. If pressure is cheked and treated it will be relieved. A very good sleep is also a weapon for it. Sleep without a pillow. Never wake up suddenly. Avoid taking pain killers with the doctors consultation
