Buy 12oz container of Fiebings Saddle Soap and one box of fresh baking soda. Test an area BEHIND the couch with the saddle soap. Scrub couch, with saddle soap. Let dry for 48 hours. Rub in baking soda and water paste over the entire couch, vacuum up whatever doesn't take.

Nature's Miracle is a terrific product to remove all kinds of organic odors. You can buy it at most pet stores. Spray liberally and let it set 20 minutes, then wipe with clean terry rag. Let dry. Repeat. Very foul odors may take several applications over many days.

Leather is typically hard to clean. Having odor in it is going to be difficult to get out. I would suggest covering it completely for a few days, and every 4 to 5 hours Febreeze, and re cover.
