One book that is great is "Kids Party Games and Activities" by Penny Warner. It is very helpful because it is organized by age group and then by theme. It also has many ideas for prizes and party favors and includes a trouble shooting tips and ideas to modify the games to fit children's interests or different settings.

I can't suggest one in particular, but I would recommend this-- go to the library and find a bunch. Then go through them and make photocopies of your favorites.

Green Eggs and Ham. You can use many different party favors and interactions with the children to make it fun
