There are agencies that would pay for healthy eggs from your ovaries. Keep in mind that there are usually strict screening requirements to even be accepted as a donor and that the process of donating eggs is long and usually involves injecting/using fertility drugs to stimulate egg production.

They can, but technically the eggs are the important part. If a person sells their ovaries, the eggs used in producing children will be yours, biologically. It's the female equivalent of sperm donation.

There has been a few successful ovary transplants, but they have been between close relatives. You can sell your eggs, but not your actual ovaries at this time.

You cannot sell your ovaries, because they can't transplant ovaries. You can, however, sell your eggs to infertile couples or to an egg donation center. You have to go through a process at an egg donation center, and if you are selected, you have to give yourself injections and then have an invasive procedure to retrieve your eggs.

Depending on your age, you can donate or sometimes sell your eggs. However, it is not legal to sell organs.
