Can you revive a lost friendship?

It has lost for about 10 years.

I would say no because after 10 years both parties will no longer be the same people. The person you knew before will have 10 years of maturity or experience behind them...years you have not participated in. The same things you once related to in each other may be forgotten or discarded by the other party.

Most definitely. Call them up, ask them to meet with you. Regardless of whose fault it was that the friendship was lost, you should be able to reconcile quite easily, assuming either of you are willing to try to rekindle the friendship. It may be hard, but it's worth it in the long run.

It depends on how the friendship was lost. You might be able to reconnect via Facebook or a high school classmates site. If you did something to harm this friend, it might be worth it to leave him or her alone.

I am sure you can. You both just have to forgive and forget and move on and start hanging out.
