You can make jerky from hamburger meat and just about any ground meat such as venison, turkey or chicken. You have to have a special machine to force the ground meat into so it will come out in jerky sized strips. Then add the curing ingredients which consist mainly of a shocking amount of salt and sodium.

Yes. Take lean ground beef, and season it with some teriyaki sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Make some thin, long strips (about a quarter inch thick by one inch wide and three inches long) and put into a dehydrator on some plastic wrap.
