Yes,you can. But it'll take time.1)Rotate your eyes gently in a circular motion in clockwise direction.Do it at least ten times. Then repeat the same in anti-clockwise direction for 10 times.2)close your eyes tightly and release.do this for some time.3) Stand near the window.Observe the closest object near the window. Then suddenly change the view to far object. Do these exercises regularly.

You can improve your overall health with exercise but once your eyesight starts going, there's not really a way to improve it. You can prevent future eyesight damage (or eyesight loss progression) but you can't make your vision better.

There is no significant study that would bring forth exercise as a solution to an eyesight problem but some strenuous activities such as lifting heavy objects can strain your eyes as it would deliver blood away from your eyes and bring it towards the major organs of the body.

If you mean exercise at the gym, no, but there are eye exercise that help with eyesight. Vision therapy, visual training, or straighting of the eye can be helpful.

Exercise can improve your overall health, which in turn will improve your eyesight. Exercise alone cannot improve your eyesight, but it can prevent it from getting any worse.
