Can you help me with trouble shooting Guitar Hero Three for ps2?

Ok, is the console on. does the console read games? Try another console if you have answered no? try plugging in the controller before you turn the console on.

Try testing it on another console to ensure it isn't a problem with the console! If you find out it is a problem with the guitar bring it back and they should replace it. If the console is the problem try reconnecting it in the settings.
