Its not mandatory to undergo oral surgery if one has bells palsy, unless it has really damaged your cranial nerves. It can be cured with the help of acupuncture or using steroids.

I would highly recommend that you do not. Bells palsy patients if, even if it is mild are under some severe risks of infection and complications when under going dental and other mouth related surgery. I would recommend seeing your attending physician and asking how severe your case is and if you need medication for the surgery.

As far as I know you can but the only one that can truly tell you is your doctor and if thats the case you need to have your dentist confer with your doctor on how to do it and the medications the dentist can and cannot use on you.

It depends on what treatment is available. If I can be healed bells palsy with chemical treatment, message therapy or anything else than oral surgery, I would not have oral surgery. However, the surgery is the only way to treat bells palsy then, I would definately have oral surgery to treat bells palsy.

Yes, you can still have oral surgery if you have bells palsy. The condition shouldn't affect anesthesia or the actual surgery.
