Finish the game, Talk to Celio get The ruby in Mt. Ember sapphire in 6th Island get Pass for islands 4-7 Go to Island four eggery, go into the cave

Get the ruby and sapphire when you get to the island. But you have to finish the game first. Celio will be there in island four. He will tell you what to do.

You'll find it on Island 4, in Icefall Cave, There you get a HM (Hm07)called: Call Waterfall You Can climb Up Waterfall By Using This Skill
