There are lots of outdoor games that are fun to play at picnics. You can play Baseball, Volleyball, Badmitten, Frisbee, Tag, Hide and go Seek, touch football and have a water balloon toss to name a few.

Other than either baseball/softball or volleyball, a game of Simon says is always a hit with kids and adults. And there's always sack races.
