Have a dinner party where all the foods you serve are thought to be aphrodisiacs. Alternatively, you can have a dessert party with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. Or, have a costume party where each couple comes as a famous pair (Blondie and Dagwood, salt and pepper, Sonny and Cher, etc.)

you could still the theme from the movie "Never been kissed" ang make everyone dress up like couples that were ment for each other. That is if you having a couples type party. You could also have a matchmaker dinner party. You could seat your friends next to people you think they could like and kinda make them faux couples.

serve heart shaped food. You can bake a pizza in a heart shape. Also, serve "sexy" food like strawberries and have whipped cream and melted chocolate for dipping.
