Can you give me an authentic recipe for spanakopita?

You need vegetable oil, chopped onions, 2 packages frozen spinich, dill, flour, feta cheese, 4 eggs and phyllo dough. In oil cook onions, spinach, dill and flour. When dry, mix in feta and eggs. Layer phyllo with filling - repeat the layers. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.

Authentic Greek spinach pie filling must contain only fresh chopped blanched spinach, crumbled feta cheese, chopped green onions, fresh chopped dill, salt, pepper, egg and olive oil. Mix ingredients. Put sheets of phyllo pastry on bottom of greased pan, the filling in the middle and more phyllo sheets on top. Brush with melted butter and bake until golden brown.

Make triangles out of pastry. You can use feta cheese and other vegetables. They must be boiled. Make am mixture of them and engulf them into the triangles. Then spray them with milk and have them baked.

Buy flaky pastry and roll it out. Boil spinach, add feta cheese. Make triangles out of the flaky pastry, add filling and wrap them. Cover with egg wash and bake.
