There have been MANY Heisman Trophy Winners, some of which have included the likes of Tim Tebow, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinhart, O.J. Simpson, Eric Crouch, Rickey Williams, Archie Griffin, Danny Wuerffel, Tim Brown, Raghib "Rocket" Ishmail, Eddie George, Troy Smith, Doug Flutie, Jim Plunkett, Vince Young, Troy Aikman and Sam Bradford.

Originally known as the DAC (Downtown Athletic Club) Trophy, the Heisman Trophy has been awarded to one college football player annually since 1935. A list of their names would be pretty lengthy considering there has only been one two-time winner (Archie Griffin). A quick Google search will lead you to a full, chronological list along with the represented university.

The first winner was Jay Berwanger in 1935. Others winners include Doak Walker, Roger Staubach, Steve Spurrier, Archie Griffin, Herschel Walker, Bo Jackson, Barry Sanders, Ricky Williams and Reggie Bush.
