Prozac is not a benzodiazepine, which are referred to as "benzos" or "BZDs." Benzos include brands like Valium, Xanax, Ativan and many others. Prozac is in a class of drugs called "selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors" or SSRIs. Drug screens will only pick up specifically what they are set to detect.

Prozac is classified as a serotonin-specific reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that doesn't have the chemical make up of most narcotics. Urine tests, especially for employment, do not test for Prozac but for illegal narcotics such as marijuana, opiates, and PCP among others. Urine tests must be ordered for each specific drug the tester is looking for and most companies don't.

Prozac is a SSRI and would not usually be detected during the standard pre-employeement drug tests. Those test look for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, pcp and tricycle antidepressants. As always, report any drugs you are taking before the test.
