First of all you have to have cable from ipod to pc so that you transfer your entire music file from ipod to pc and then remove your memory card from your cell phone and connect to your pc and save your entire music file from pc to memory card & again replace the memory card to cell phone.

Probably not directly, but you can copy it from the Ipod to a computer, then from the computer to the cell phone.

Well if you had bought a mp3 player with bluetooth you could send it to your phone. The only way you can do it is to connect them to a computer and transfer each file from the ipod to the computer and then to the phone. If you cant connect your phone you will have to message each file.

Yes but it is difficult. Look for a program to download music from an ipod to your hard drive, then move it to your cell phone.

not directly. you get the music on your computer, and you need to put it in a memory stick that fits your cell phone (usually micro SD), unless your cellphone has internal memory. there are free convenient softwares which enables you to rip music directly from your ipod as well.
