No. You can't sue someone that your significant other decided to sleep with. If we could do that, do you know how much more packed the court system would be?

You can sue a person at any time for liable issues and may be able to do with in an affair. First you will need to meet with an attorney to figure out exactly under what grounds you can sue the person for. Once that is done you can move forward with the case.

Not unless she has done something unlawful to you. Sleeping with your man is not unlawful. Some may get creative and find ways to sue for emotional damages, etc. If she has harrassed you, damaged your property (not your husband) or defamed your character, these might stand up in court.
