Can I make cider just from dessert apples?

If you want a sweet cider then dessert apples are all you need. One variety of dessert apple called the Gala apples seems to be the best kind of dessert apple for cider. Don't add any yeast or sugar to the juice from the pulped and squeezed apples. Store the juice for about 5 moths, test it and enjoy!

No, not necessarily. You can use just about any kind of apples,the cider should taste just as good. Of course different apples have their own distinct flavors but still works.
