Yes. The easiest way to do that would be to turn the system on and make sure there are no game disks inserted in the system. That should bring up the memory card icon on your tv screen. Click on the icon and follow the on screen steps to erase any files you like.

Yes you can erase the content on a playstation memory card. when you turn it on the option to play thgame or view the content of the memory card will appear. Click on the memory card, select what you would like to erase and hit the erase option.

Yes, simply insert the playstation memory card into your playstation or playstation 2 and leave the disk tray/lid open. You should be able to go to a memory card where you can access all of the data stored on the memory card. Now you can simply pick and choose which files to delete.

Unless you have some type of PC compatible memory card reader then you will have to manually erase the files on it with a playstation under the memory card menu.
