Have you downloaded new software for it recently? If so, its possible that someone tampered with the software. Most cell phone company download sites do check software before making it available. Take your phone into your provider and see if they can help reset your phone. And be careful where youget software in the future.

A cell phone cannot get a virus. It seems to a kind of glitch. Nothing can be did with those glitch. It's better to take it to a store for cell phone service. Ask them to have a look at it. If it has stuff, you may be entitled to a refurb replacement phone.

Yes, cell phones can get a virus. The easiest way is by clicking on a link received in an email or text message, which then goes to a website and installs a virus, spyware, or malware. It may also happen by opening an infected attachment. And unlike computers, most phones don't have virus scanners installed.

My computer had a virus but I took them off using Malwarebytes. After wards, I transfered music I already had to my phone and after about an hour, my phone lost service, but I can still listen to music and use Wi-Fi. Is this a virus?
